frog design was brought in to help MTV develop a subscription music service that would compete with the likes of iTunes and Rhapsody. The subscription model enabled a level of sharing impossible within iTunes, and we envisioned a highly social environment out of which a new kind of music culture would spring. MTV later partnered with Microsoft's Media Player to release the product, thereby ending the relationship with frog. It has no been subsumed by Rhapsody.
